d.c. aqua

Aqua to me, actually is a verb. It is about getting lost in water. No matter, if it will happen in the bathroomtub, in a hiden lake or the wide ocean, all that matters is to let yourself float. Somewhere between happiness and a blissful nothing. Delicious.

Aqua is the theme of this week's drawing challenge, which is hosted by the talented Veronica Roth. Feel very welcome, to visit her Blog and find the links to the other participants over there too.

And thank you, Veronica for reminding me to take a long bath before leaving the house tonight.

  1. I like the idea - being in the water - you know there's these places where you go and lay inside a tub of water in the darkness and that's seem almost the same. cute drawing.

hope you have a lovely day.

  2. Hi Annton. I know how she feels...lol. I painted a page in my therapy journal where I decided it might just be easier to drown than to keep treading the water. But a nice long bath sounds like the perfect sort of remedy for the cold wintery blues. Thank you so much for joining in sweetie. Hope your weekend is spectacular. :D

    1. dear veronica, thank you for having me! my weekend had been good, indeed. including that long bath. drowing, of course, was meant in a more metaphorical kind of way. drowing like being in the moment. a happy week to you!
